We welcome every person – from beginners to advanced – who wants to learn and grow in the martial arts. No prior knowledge is required. Participants: must be at least 18 years of age and in good health.

Clean shoes for the gym, training knife, whip, training clothes, clothing to keep you warm during the breaks.
